Avtaar Singh Kushwaah : A Step Towards Success

Belonging from an economically backward family, Avtaar Singh Kushwaah comes from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. He is 22 years old. Due to financial constraints, he had to leave education after 10th class. Over time, he felt a strong desire and need to shoulder the responsibilities of his family. With limited means of education and acquired skills, though Avtaar tried to contribute to the family earning, he knew it wasn't enough. He had to learn to give a better life to his family.

Having seen his family go through difficult times, Avtaar realized that to earn a decent living; he should learn some skills. Avtaar got to know about Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana, and he can get an opportunity to learn some skills that will help his family to the battle economic situation. After his counseling, he enrolled at the training center at E-Biz Technocrats Private Limited, where the counselor suggested him to join the retail sales associate course. During this course, he managed to learn many skills, like polishing his communication skills, English, and many other verbal and non-verbal skills, which are essential for sales and retail work. Avtaar's focus on his course paid off. Soon after completing this course, he got the job in Navbharat fertilizers Indore as a field officer. Currently, he is working in the Sonkatch district of Madhya Pradesh.

Avtaar Singh believes that PMKVY Retail Sales Program in e-Biz gave wings to his dream of supporting his family financially. He is thankful to the trainers and mentors at e-Biz, who guided him well.
