TOEFL
The TOEFL exam pattern 2020 comprises four sections, Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing TOEFL scores will be declared online 10 days after the commencement of the test. The total score can be found with the sum of the scores of all the four skill areas.
Presently the TOEFL exam 2020 can be attempted in two forms, internet-based test (iBT) and the paper-based test (PBT). However, the majority of the countries follow the internet-based test and only a few of the countries follow the paper-based test.

IELTS
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) Test determines the English Language proficiency of the test takers in four components: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.
The test is available in two versions: Academic and General Training.IELTS Listening, Reading and Writing components of IELTS Test are conducted on the same day and takes around 2 hours and 45 minutes. While IELTS Speaking test is conducted either on the same day or within a week prior to or after that.
Listening and Speaking components are same for both – Academic and General Training.
It consists of four sections, each with 1 recording. Each recording comprises of ten questions. The test taker can hear the recording only once. The questions are designed in such a way that their answers appear in order when the recording is played.

Type of Task: Questions are asked in following form:
- Task 1: You need to respond to a given situation in form of a letter. It is suggested that you must write at least 150 words and spend 20 minutes on this task.
- Task 2: You are provided with a point of view, argument or a problem. You have to present a solution to the problem, challenge ideas, compare evidences or display contrast opinions. It is suggested that you must write at least 250 words and spend about 40 minutes on this task.
GRE Computer-based Exam Pattern
For the computer-based pattern, each of these sections is further divided into two-sub-sections with forty questions in total (Verbal Reasoning and Quantitative Reasoning).
Analytical Writing has only one section that contains two tasks with a time duration of one hour. Apart from these main sections, there are two other variable sections included in the computer-based pattern exam. This section is followed by a ten-minute break after the Quantitative Reasoning part is complete. However, these two variable sections- Unscored and Research section- are not included in the final GRE Scores.
While the GRE Pattern may change from time to time generally, the crux of the format remains the same. Currently, the following is the exam pattern which aspirants can look forward to:

The SAT is a 3 hour 50 minute exam (including an optional essay which takes 50 minutes), consisting of five sections: Reading, Writing, Math (with calculator), Math (no calculator), and Essay (optional).

The SAT is a paper-based test administered at schools and sites around the country on select dates throughout the year. Students are allowed to take the test as many times as they want; most universities will only look at the highest score or the super-score (a combination of the highest sections). However, since the scoring format changed in 2016, schools may tweak their policies accordingly. For more accurate information, please contact individual universities to confirm their score acceptance policy.
SAT SCORING
College Board does not deduct any points for an incorrect question. The SAT scoring model has become more complex, providing a more detailed analysis and breakdown of students’ scores. Area scores, each scored out of 800, are combined to create a composite score for a maximum possible score of 1600.

The test assesses the four skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing. It lasts approximately 3 hours and provides a score based on the GSE (Global Scale of English).
During the three-hour test session, there are three main parts to the test: speaking and writing (together), listening and reading. There is also an optional 10-minute break between the reading and listening parts. During the test, you will find twenty different question formats, ranging from multiple choice through to essay writing and interpreting information.
