Nikesh Jaiswal : From Skills to the Desired Job

Nikesh Jaiswal is a 22-year-old post-graduate in MCA from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Nikesh always wanted to work in his city, but he was not able to get a good job, he kept trying for some time, but nobody was ready to hire someone inexperienced.

One day Nikesh came to know about the Customer Relationship program under the initiative of Skill India Mission. He considered this initiative a great opportunity and visited the e-Biz Training Centre, a PMKVY training center under NSDC. On undergoing the counseling session in the training center, he understood the components of training and understood the importance of this training program and its scope. He also realized that a specialized course in the desired domain is the best way to overcome the hurdle in obtaining a good job and overcome the shortfalls in his skill level. He enrolled himself in the course, where he became proficient at customer relationship skills and sectoral knowledge. After completing the course, he got placed at ASM Hyundai Gwalior as a Customer Relationship Executive. Nikesh is delighted to get an opportunity to build his career in Customer Relationship. Nikesh believes that it is just the first step towards fulfilling his dream, and he is on his way to a rewarding career.
