Job Profile

l Resolve Escalated Customer Complaint

l Identifying customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions. 

l Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

l Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.

l Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.

l Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets and customer queries.

l Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

l Route calls to appropriate resources
